Does having a 'comping' account reduce your chances?
I did a lot of comping last summer and had a few small wins but nothing major. Did quite a few twitter comps but didn't win any of them. Someone suggested that it could be that my e-mail and twitter account used for comps both have the word comping in them. So I'm tempted to change names for comping. Do you think this…

Expired Comps
Noticed on the main board over the last few days there are still all the comps that ended 18/2, 19/2, 20/2, 21/2, 22/2 and 23/2. Approx 75 pages in total :eek: so far too many to click "Expired". Is there anyone I should alert re this? Thanks

So, I was wondering what has been your best surprise win? Sorry if this is in the wrong section. How long does it take Whats on TV to send out cheques for letters that they print? I had one printed a couple of weeks ago in TV Choice and it came within 4 days but I'm still waiting after 4 weeks for the cheque from Whats on TV. Comping in comfort!

Becoming disheartened
I know I shouldn't expect a win when comping, but its been over two months and all I have won is a fridge magnet, I'm so happy for the people that somehow get 5 WEM's a month, but my last win was a WEM on the Hugo Boss advent back in mid December. How to get the forum to update without refreshing...
I'm just wondering if any fellow compers can help please... Basically I use the ticks and crosses when i am doing my competitions. If i tick something or cross it then come back out to the main board it does not show as a tick or cross unless i refresh or hit F5. Now this has always been the case except by some miracle…
