I need to confess something,
When I was 12, I was given homework (which i wasnt listening about properly) to write about my favourite book on this form we were given. I didn't have a favourite book at the time so completely made up the answer just to get it done. Handed it in the next day.
A few weeks later we had a mini assembley where they announced the winner of the competition, I was was the winner, and was given £5 whsmith voucher.
First off I was shocked because I was didn't know it was a comp, then later I felt guilty because it was faked and not real. I thought about admitting it, but didn't want to be punished.
So now I am confessing and saying to the universe I am sorry, please forgive me and let me wins things again.
Glad I got that off my chest.

Ha ha, I did an English O level in my thirties.
I was asked to write a short essay about a particular thing i remember.
I wrote that I was a very quiet person and had gone to a holiday camp with my family and was coerced into going up on stage and sang 'Song of the Tyne' brought the house down and won the first prize of another family holiday, oh boy did I embelish it. Actually, apart from going to a holiday camp about 10 years previously, not a word of it was true, but I got an A pass for it.:D:j:j:jmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
