Is it worth doing the dailies & have you won from them?

Options
Do you think it is worthwhile doing the daily comps and have you won from them? Ive been doing the normal comps for quite a while but have just started doing the dailies and its quite a chore!

I started doing some of the daillies in October, and had my first win this month.

But some compers do seem to win from them.

There's a lot of answers to the same question here

I've won a few times with them if that helps.

  • I seem to win most with the daillies, this month was my best I had three wins with them. Normally only one every other month. I think it depends on the effort you put in, it's the same with any comp.

I've been doing the max number of dailies (without sharing) on all the mags since about November, and just had my first win last week - I had begun to think I wouldn't ever win off them though, so it did restore my faith! However when I stop and think about it, I've been entering anything up to about 200 competitions a day just through these channels alone, one win in 3 months isn't that great a return really!!! I just apply the same adage as to all comping - you got to be in it to win it!!
  • I win most with dailies too, not the mag ones, I've never won on them, but the regular dailies.
  • ive won quite a few things from daily comps so yeah i do think they are worth it

the best being a side of honey roasted salmon just before christmas
  • I started entering the magazine dailies in about October last year. i won a satchel from Handbag and have a DVD coming from Marie Clare. The tick boxes are a little mind numbing but you can cut it down by being selective in what you enter for.

Has anyone won off the instant wins in the dailies? I'm debating whether they are worth trying too.......

  • I used to do them but only won small things so gave up. A lot of time each day for not much reward. I'd rather put that time for 'effort' comps with a higher chance of winning a big reward.

  • Yes I have won off the daily mag comps :)

I only enter the ones I really want as it can take up a lot of my comping time going through each mag and I use Roboform to fill in the No check boxes for me :)
