Expired Comps

Noticed on the main board over the last few days there are still all the comps that ended 18/2, 19/2, 20/2, 21/2, 22/2 and 23/2. Approx 75 pages in total :eek: so far too many to click "Expired".

Is there anyone I should alert re this?

The best person would be one of the BG's. Sometimes I'll send a list of expired comps to an online BG if they have been there for a while, just to make things easier for them. Although I imagine it would be quite time consuming to send 75 pages worth

BGs are volunteers and sometimes real life takes over, for instance my darling dog died last week I've had him 17 yrs and moving comps to GO just hasn't been top of my list of must do things

they're all done now

So so sorry to read this Glad and I totally understand. I cannot even begin to imagine how you are feeling and my thoughts are with you and your family.

Don't feel awful though sugarbabe61, for a start you weren't to know and in all honesty, your post comes across as a legitimate question rather than rude; you didn't know who to alert.

As sophie has mentioned, best people to PM are the BG's. If there's only like 2-3 that need moving, I'll just PM one of the BG's, but in (rare) cases like this, and the period after Dec, (for obvious reasons) I would make a list up and PM all four, and let them fight over it.

Sorry to hear about the dog. I had no idea who moved the expired competitions to GO and I would be happy to help if there's ever a backlog (if that is possible).

I think there's no way we can physically move the comps over as just users, that's something only BG's can do. However I think if you press the expire button on the comp and it's pressed 5 times by users then it automatically goes?
