Co-Op Bank switching incentive not received
I opened a Co-op current account in September. I initiated my switch request a month later in October and the switch was completed on the 1st of November. I switched an account with 4 direct debits as per the terms of the offer. It has now been 29 days and I haven't received the £150 incentive. I understand the switching…

£1 note
I found an old but torn £5 note and a tatty £1 note in an old bag. My bank paid £5 into my account but said they couldn't honour the £1, even to donate to charity. It's only £1 but it's a shame to throw it away if a charity can use it, so does anyone know of a bank that will take the note for donation to a charity or take…

Claiming Back Tax on Halifax Rewards
I understand I need to use form R40 and that people generally fill in Section 3 'UK Interest and Dividends' even though it isn't interest as such. I am a non-tax payer and have other bank accounts that pay me gross interest and an S&S ISA (I receive a small amount in dividends). So, do the answers to section 3 need to…

High Interest or other bonus
I have just ended a First Direct Regular Saver and got £116.73 interest. I had to save £300 a month for 12 months to get that. It had 6% interest. One year ago I tried that idea Martin Lewis has called Drip Feeding. I put my last year Regular Saver into a TSB Classic Plus Account which paid 5% interest. I paid from that…

How many direct debits?
Just been checking my bank account and was surprised to see that I have amassed 24 direct debits. I checked through them to make sure that I hadn't forgotten to cancel any old memberships etc., but, no, they were all in order. It's amazing how many you build up over the years.

I have had a TSB Current account for almost a year now; have not switched yet. Would I be able to get the £100 switch bonus, or is that for new customers only? Would I have to create a new tsb current account and switch to that new one in order to be eligible?

ATM did not dispense cash but account debited
Withdrew £20 on Saturday evening however the cashpoint shutter seemed to get jammed as it was opening and closing and no cash appeared. Account was debited and my bank (Hsbc) said it should sort itself out within 48 hours. It hasn't appeared in my account so called them to raise a dispute and worryingly they said that 9/10…
