Claiming Back Tax on Halifax Rewards

I understand I need to use form R40 and that people generally fill in Section 3 'UK Interest and Dividends' even though it isn't interest as such.
I am a non-tax payer and have other bank accounts that pay me gross interest and an S&S ISA (I receive a small amount in dividends).
So, do the answers to section 3 need to include all my accounts, or just the Halifax reward account? (If the latter, what goes in section 3.4?)
I have read the accompanying leaflet, but am still not sure.

From posts on here I thought it had to go down as "other income"? There were several long threads discussing this at the time the PSA came in. Maybe a forum search will find them.0

Presumably you are seeking repayment for the tax year 2015-16.
You do not need to include any income or gains arising from an ISA.
Interest and dividends from other non isa accounts go in boxes 3.1 to 3.7.
Halifax Rewards is "other income" and the details go at 7.4/5/6.
You fill in all other sections of the form that apply to you.
