I like the HSBC branches but !!!
From my understanding its now the only bank still to adopt a glass cover counter feature.. Natwest recently changed this within their recenr modernastion of the branches. Santander and barclays includes.. Its the 21sr century and I dont want branch visit feel like im visiting a prison imo.
