Hello I have applied for a natwest step account on line it came up that its been agreed in princple. I have had bad credit in the past but trying to improve it now. Can anyone tell me if natwest do credit checks on step accounts I wanted an advantage gold account, but it came up with step account on the accounts page

RBS Student Account - didn't get my £100 back?
Ok so i signed up for the RBS Student Account last year, when (i don't know if they still do this) they were giving you either £100 in your account or money off travel. I chose the £100. A year later and i stil haven't recieved this £100, any ideas on how i can get this, or templete letter to the bank about it.

I have been charged £58 for being over my overdraft by £26 for one day. It was 2 cheques to the school that they had hung onto for a while.
