RBS Student Account - didn't get my £100 back?

Ok so i signed up for the RBS Student Account last year, when (i don't know if they still do this) they were giving you either £100 in your account or money off travel.
I chose the £100.
A year later and i stil haven't recieved this £100, any ideas on how i can get this, or templete letter to the bank about it.
