Some Budgeting Advice Please
Hi, I'm new to the forum but figure I should post because I really need some advice. I graduated from Uni 18 months ago and walked into my dream job (albeit, I'm at the bottom end of the company!) I'm working hard to get promoted but the wages are rubbish. I had to move from my mum's house (Berkshire) into a flat not far…

Unauthorised Direct Debit
Hi, Yesterday I received a letter from Citibank saying I was £47 overdrawn and to bring this back to normal. Bit of a surprise to me as I'd budgeted for any standing orders and direct debits and had actually moved the last few pounds before getting paid again into my savings account. Couldn't check Citibank online until…

Anyone know - the bank seem intent on me getting a platinum account as they post me a form to fill in every two weeks (for five years!).

LTSB - Classic Plus monthly 'cycle'
Hi, Just another quick question. For the Classic Plus account, we have to pay in £1000 a month minimum. Does LTSB follow the monthly calender? Just wondering - because assume that for the 1st month, I credit my account on the 1st, and the 2nd month, I credit it on the 6th. If it follows the monthly calender, I will have…

When does LTSB apply charges - if there are charges?
Hi, I committed a bit of an error today. My wages get paid into my account yesterday (1 Nov), and I transferred most of it to my Online Saver account, without remembering that I have £250 that will leave my account on 2 Nov for my Monthly Saver account. (I am about £30 short of that £250, after taking consideration cleared…
