Looking for a Current account for paying bills through...

I'm looking for a new current account to pay bills through to help me with budgetting my months...
I currently hold a Current Plus account at Natwest, i've had it since i was 16.
I also have a CashISA at the same branch...
Problem is i'm a very low credit scorer, looking for an account that had BACs facilities on it for overpaying on my minimum payments, and DD facilities to set up the direct debits onto them... a debit card or cash card is not important, as i'd just cut it up anyway to make my access to my Bills money harder for me.
Also if anyone knows of an account i can get that somewhere like Quidco or something does a cashback type thing on (Or Piggypoints!) it would be much appreciated.

Most basic current accounts (without a debit card) from the larger banks will allow you to send payments via BACS.
The Co-Op is one of the few to issue a visa electron card with their basic account. I dont know of any basic account that offers cashback type points for opening an accountGod save the King!

I know alot of people on here like Lloyds TSB Basic account which is a debit card & cash point card (that can only be used at lloyds tsb atm's & at the peoples Post Office).

Pfft.
