Virgin throttling?
Does Virgin throttle connections much during peak times? I'm noticing drastic reduction of speed. The net is almost unusable it's so slow. Very frustrating. Speed test online shows ~87Mbps from my supposed 200Mbps connection. But in reality it's crawling.
