FREE NTL SPEED UPGRADE TO 2Mbps
Hi, Seems like NTL are desperate to appear competitive - there's a little known upgrade available to anyone who has broadband from NTL. The 512Kbps service, which I am subscribed to, was upgraded to 756Kbps for free a couple of months ago. Now there's another totally free upgrade available, but it's received absolutely NO…

fast4.net?
I am currently using Onetel for dial up access. Paying £6.99/month for daytime use including weekends. I am considering moving to fast4.net which offers anytime dial up access for the same monthly cost. Just wondered if anyone has used/uses this ISP and can comment on the service. Thanks.

BT broadband
Hi All, I'm new here but just wanted to let you know that BT are getting customer friendly ( I say that with a slight hesitation). How so, you ask? Quite frankly, I'm fed up waiting for my 2MB upgrade and I'm sick of paying £24.99 a month for something I can get cheaper elsewhere. So, I phoned BT and said I wanted to…

Martin's top tip plus ISP review = ?
I read that currently Tiscali have a special offer, £15.99 per month for BB. Then I looked at www.internetservicepreview.co.uk and discovered that currently Tiscali have the worst record for various things, ie customer service etc, in that some staff "cut off" calls etc. So, as my son has given me "todays task", to find a…

Broadband without landline
I am moving into a house in London in ten days. I believe it has had a BT connection in the past (the white sockets are around the house) but it is certainly no longer connected. I will be sharing with two others, but neither has a computer, so it is just me who wants to use the internet. My question relates to the…
