IP Stream Data Stream ?

Hi
Is there anywhere I can find out who are ip streams and who are data stream ISP's. I am with virgin, ip stream I believe, and just feel like i iam being ripped off by them. And according to e-mail contact they haven't upgraded to 1MB yet when I have read a few comments claiming people are already getting 1mb from virgin. I also think i could get an uncapped service for cheaper. I want to swop to another ip stream as it is easy to swop again. Is there anywhere that lists which is which. I have already tried adslguide website and couldn't seem to find the that kind of info. Unless I was looking at the wrong part of the site.
