I read that currently Tiscali have a special offer, £15.99 per month for BB. Then I looked at www.internetservicepreview.co.uk and discovered that currently Tiscali have the worst record for various things, ie customer service etc, in that some staff "cut off" calls etc.
So, as my son has given me "todays task", to find a broadband service for less than £18, giving 1mb and no 12 month contract and no extra's, I don't know where no to look, any suggestions.
I'm on dial-up myself and I've noticed today it's almost impossible to get pages to load on this site, so slow. Any suggestions ?

How about VirginNet? £17.99 a month, no 12 month contract, free activation and modem, 3Gb monthly download allowance, only 512kbps though, but it's so much faster than dial-up.0

Try HERE for a good comparison site with all the broadband ISPs. Look on the left, and click compare. You can select up to 6 ISPs to compare them next to each other.
I would avoid Tiscali like the plague. Crap company to deal with and they don't support migrations. This means that if you change ISPs in the future, you have to cancel first, go without BB then sign up to a new company. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
