Does my income support stopping affect my dla?
My partner is due to move in shortly. I am going to call up Jobcentreplus to tell them of the change. My partner income will exceed the threshold for receiving income support/housing benefit etc and these benefits will stop . Will this stop on my benefit affect my Dla which is at the higher rate?

he got made redundant last December, claimed jsa cb for a littlw while, now he claims carers allowance for our son, he overpaid his tax when he worked, and we know he got taxed on the £900 odd he claimed jsa, why hasn't he received the rest of his tax? is it because he claims carers allowance?

Working 16+ hours but on a 12-15 hour contract
