Working 16+ hours but on a 12-15 hour contract

I'm applying for jobs at the moment but a lot of jobs are contracted at 12-15 hour contracts with overtime available.

If I get a job before the 30th September I qualify for the back to work payment of £40 a week for a year, but will I get tht if I have a contract that states only 12 hours but I am in fact working 20? Or even a zero hour carer contract?

I've avoided applying for less than 16 hours so far, but that has ruled out a lot of jobs for me to apply to.

Thanks :)

I also need more than 16 hours for WTC, how does that work with a smaller contract?
