Self Employment & Pension Credits
Morning, can anyone out there help me please. I have recently been awarded PC, I am 63 and was made redundant (again), but, as I'm of pensionable age, I don't need to sign on. As I'm not quite ready for the scrap heap, I'm trying to start a little business up, nothing amazing, a spot of landscape gardening. Now, I have…

If I take my occupational pension do I have to tell the DWP if I am only getting ESA through being unable to work. I know they would need to know for the old IS payments but if I was no longer getting that do they need to know.

when to inform ctc of change
Basically from 2nd Sept I will be putting my LO in full time nursery. Normally I'd just tell them then, however as she is term time as hubby is a teacher our child care cost is averaged out. So technically our average has gone up if you get me?? The reason for the change is due to me becoming full time.

Am I right in thinking that I'm not entitled?
Hello I currently earn £28,000 per year and my wife earns £10,000 per year. As she takes our 1 Year old Baby to work (she works as a Nanny) we do not pay child care costs although she has to take a job with a reduced income because she takes the baby. Confused about tax credits calculation
Some may have read my previous post regarding still claiming for the childcare element of WTC whilst also using the 15hrs free for 3-4 year olds.
