Can anybody confirm the following- I understand if I am ill while on JSA I have to inform the jobcentre the first day Iam ill and am allowed up to 14 days WITHOUT providing a Doctors note Before benefit is affected Do the jobcentre send out Form JSA 28 for me to fill in? are the above correct?
