Being forced into bankruptcy, and have no clue, need advice
I have a debt to a past council, cut a long story short I am due around £2,000. Even though I have offered to pay what I can afford (around £50 a month out of a £200-300 income) they have chosen to no longer reply to me and I must therefore assume are proceeding to make me bankrupt. Anybody been approved for an Aqua CC?
Hi, I had a Vanquis credit card for 2 years there and never missed a payment but must admit I didn't manage it properly as sometimes only made minimum payments. As a result Vanquis used their variable T&C's to put my APR up to 60+% which I argued was ridiculous. They said if I didn't agree to it I could have APR stuck…
