After automatic discharge (2 yrs ago) and having not received any further communication from the OR If I was to come into any money, either say a win or inheritance is there a time limit that the OR could "grab" the money.

If you win the lottery now, they can't claim it.
If you receive an inheritance now, as long as the person passed away after you were discharged, they can't claim it.
Basically, if the asset "devolved" upon you (your right to it recieve it became concrete) after you were discharged, then they can't claim it.
Only exception would be if you still had an IPA and you used an asset/win/inheritance to generate an income that the IPA could claim. The asset itself still couldn't be claimed, just some of the income.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
