Hello everyone, after reading MSE for nearly to five years,my first post.
ok, I was in a DPM for four and a half years (cccs) who are brilliant.
I finished my DMP in March this year,so thinking i was debt free at last, happy it's was over.
About five weeks ago, i got a letter from RBS, saying i still owe around £2,500 pounds, i phoned the cccs to get copies of all my payments to them.sent these off to the address i had for them.
Nothing happen for four weeks, then i got two letters back saying i still owe them money.
I ask for a list of what and when i owed this money (told it would cost me £140.00 to get a complete list of everything) i said no way and i don't owe you any money. They will send me a list, which they will put on the bill. I said no,
Has this happen to anyone here, what should i do-now
any help would be so great.
I'm not to sure if this is the right place to put this post.
Thank you for reading.

Hi palow38 and welcome to the forums. I would post your question on the DFW Board too . You will get more help and support there, as this is the Bankruptcy board.

Who told you it would cost £140 to find out what you owe? A SAR should give you everything they have on you including all statements of account, the statutory fee is £10. If they expect you to pay them it's up to them to prove you owe them. I could also write to you claiming you owe me money, would you believe me?
