Hi,
I had a Vanquis credit card for 2 years there and never missed a payment but must admit I didn't manage it properly as sometimes only made minimum payments.
As a result Vanquis used their variable T&C's to put my APR up to 60+% which I argued was ridiculous. They said if I didn't agree to it I could have APR stuck while I pay off; being stubborn with them I said fine and paid the card off over 3 months. Kind of wishing I paid it off and accepted the ridiculous APR but just start managing it properly by paying it off each month.
I am considering applying for an Aqua card to try and keep rebuilding my credit file but wondering what other peoples success/unsuccessful stories are with it?
I am a discharged BR in Scotland and the BR is due to fall off my credit file at the end of the year
