bankruptcy discharge on credit report
how long does it take for your discharge to show up on your credit report? i was discharged in august and my report still says that it will change when they are informed by the insolvency service.

Sure this one has come up before. I have been to CCCS and CAB, but still its a big decision and one that cannot be undone. Has anyone regretted going BR?

removal of ccj from credit ref file after court win.
i recently won a case in court regarding an incorrect entry on my credit refernce file ststing a bank had a ccj against my name which was incorrect. do i need to send copies of the courts letter stating the entry is incorrect or does it just get removed auto by the court. any help advice appreciated. regards out of cash
