Depends on why the incorrect entry was showing up?
Was it the credit reference agencies fault/error? Or was it the registry trust that had recorded a CCJ in error? Or the court misreporting to the registry trust?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It was the bank being a you know what! they applied a judgement 3 weeks after i went br ,they would not amend the file and still havent, i took them to court and the judge gave an order to say the entry was incorrect based on insolvency law etc but have been told by the bank its down to me to contact cred refs etc.
just wondering what i should send them.
many thanks
