wages paid into gf account

hi currently filling out my br forms i have a question about accounts.
i get my wages paid into my girlfreinds account as all direct debits for house are in her name as she had place before i moved in soo money goes there first and whats left she transfers to my account.
my name is not on the account in any way i have no acces to it. as my name is not on it i dont put it on the br form do i ?
shoud i add it in the exra section as otherwise none of the bank accounts i list will be marked as me having mywages go in.
and finally they cant closer her account can they ??
