Persistant Companies after BR
I was made br in Feb Discharged july and now I am being sent letters and getting phone calls from a debt recovery company for the shortfall of my mortgage, best bit is they say they may make me bankrupt if I dont pay! I would like to write a letter but I have no idea where to start. Any help is appricated.

I've just checked my credit report and there are two entries relating to my bankruptcy. Once is the order itself. The second is an order of discharge, for the same date! What's going on there then. Also, the IS online database has been offline for _aaagggeeesss_ now!

renting after bankrupcy
Anyone have any trouble renting somewhere? Anyone find it easy? Have emailed a couple of agents and they either want a guarantor (don't want to ask anyone), or six months rent in advance (Which a can't afford. A could afford three though).
