Confused about filling in a SOA

Going bankrupt today and want to post an SOA up here. A few questions before I do. I earn between 800 and 1000 per month and my husband earns a salary. My mortgage is more than I earn a month and in my name only, obviously my husband contributes towards that and the usual utilities bills. I don't however want my husband to be penalised with an IPA for me if we may have some excess money left over a month, as it is his money that pays for a lot more of the bills than mine. Do I also need to put down all my cards etc on the SOA that I have to fill in as these are now not payable due to the BR?

The OR should account for costs of bills pro rata. In other words, if he earns 70% of the household income, then it would be fair for him to pay 70% of all bills.
You shouldn't include unsecured debt payments on the SOA for the court/OR. As you say, once BR you will no longer be paying them.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I note from other posts that Sky is not allowed, can I not just say that my husband pays the whole bill. The other thing I am concerned about is the two cars which are on HP, again in my name, not much equity in them, less than 1k. Will we be able to retain these or will they have to be returned and leave us without vehicles to get to work?0
