Loan agreements

Hi Everyone

I am unable to find my original signed loan agreement for two of my loans, will the OR be able to get hold of these from the bank I took the loan out with? I have searched through mounds of paper work and they are just not there!

I had to send everything off today to only after receiving it yesterday, my interview is on Tuesday and they want everything in by Monday :eek: (not a lot of time considering the post is sooooo slow at the moment).

I have managed to find some pre-contract information which I have just sent them and a note to say what I can't find.

Glad when this is all over then I will shred all my years of paperwork! :rotfl:

If the OR should need them, then they can request copies from the bank.

As Fermi said they will request them from the bank however they will be included in your BR even if you cant find the PW, the OR understands that you may not have every bit of paperwork so it is best just to explain that you can't find them but you are willing to request a copy from the lender good luck and try not to worry
