Another BR question please
Hi Two of my reasons for going bankrupt are that my ex is reducing my child maintenance from next month by £200 and my overtime at work has stopped, another £200 approx. I am aware that I have overcommitted on my credit debts and have been considering bankruptcy before this happened, but since the beginning of the year I…

SOA - How Do You Work it Out
When only one of you is going B/R? My husband is by far and away the larger earner - I only work part-time, as we have a young son. All the debt is his (he's in a 12yr DAS ), but our mortgage is joint (all paid and up to date). I don't know if I have to add my wage in or do I leave it out completely. Also, will they…
