A post-grad course?
So are you saying that the Uni is asking for:
(a) Payment of outstanding tuition fees.
(b) Repayment of some of a bursary. Presumably because you left early or something like that?

i am not sure OMAR but they may impose academic sanction if money is outstanding .. such as not being able to get credit per unit / moduel pass ... however if they are covered by the BR as fermi siuggested there is not a lot they can do .....BSC number 1830
