Can you include university fees and bursaries in a bankrupsty

    So are you saying that the Uni is asking for:

    (a) Payment of outstanding tuition fees.
    (b) Repayment of some of a bursary. Presumably because you left early or something like that?

    If so, then they would be covered as far as I know.

    if she refused to pay...what could the uni do? and would they do anything?....its around £2.5k.....

    i am not sure OMAR but they may impose academic sanction if money is outstanding .. such as not being able to get credit per unit / moduel pass ... however if they are covered by the BR as fermi siuggested there is not a lot they can do .....
