Hi Once you have gone bankrupt how soon do would you start paying your IPA? For example: August - use surplus income to pay BR fee from July's pay Sept - Speak with OR perhaps? - What would I do with the surplus income I have this month (end Aug pay) assuming my IPA would start at next pay day? Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had experience of their BR petition refused and some other course of action recommended instead (eg. IVA or DMP)? Is this very common? If this happens are you legally required to through with the alternative action? Thanks!

Sent off my letter today for niltax code IPA. It states they will take 195 a month. My tax is usually around 53 a month so i may a little spare, but....
