                    Ok a few questions here.
Got a letter from OR saying an IPA is to be set up for collection of tax.
Its £195 a month, how will they collect it? I know the tax gets paid into my wages and i cant spend it but do i just set up a monthly direct debit?
This week also got my Barclays accoutn set up with a cash card, i have read about a Visa Connect card which seems just like a Debit card to me, will i be allowed one of theese cards with me being BR?
Last question
Do i have to ring the OR to tell them i have a new account set up and my wages are getting paid and do i have to now tell BR i am BR? I set the account up after i went BR 3 weeks ago but only just got confirmation of it being set up

Bank account first - As long as you let your bank know that you are bankrupt you can have any account that they are willing to give you.
You dont need to tell the OR about any new bank accounts ubless they ask.
When you sign and return the Nil Tax letter they will apoint a group of solicitors called Moonbeever (yes that is, Moonbeever) to handle the collections and they will write to you shortly. There are a range of collection methods and they do usually accept a direct debitHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Be prepared though, Like taking your money out beforehand, just in case they decide to stop the account or change what you can do with itHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
