Can anyone tell me if you should get some sort of warning prior to baliffs being used. My brother was issued with a CCJ and his modest offer of monthly payment was apparently refused, even though his SOA sent to the court showed he had no assets and only has a state pension+pension credit as income. HMRC totally illogical
HMRC have turned down my 100% return in 32 months IVA proposal in favour of draconian terms that would be far worse than bankruptcy. I'd like to apologise to all forum members and all other taxpayers on behalf of HMRC's incompetent IVA department for not giving me the opportunity to pay my debt to society. LBID

Nat west bank charges
