Returning House Keys
Hi Went BR in June 08, discharged Jan 09. Sent the house keys back to bank in Feb 09 (recorded delivery) but haven't heard anything before or after - should we be worried. Trying to get on with life now and don't want something to get in the way in a few months time. Is it normal not to hear anything at all?

Spoken to the Insolvency Service.
Abit of a concern, basically as people know, our son gets DLA money once a month. The chap on the phone has said the OR may ask DH, why do we not get a mobility car for our son instead of me receiving money for him. My answer to this would be, I have the money, as if there is anything he needs that will provide help with…

Car question
My car is on ballon payment scheme with Black Horse. I've not paid them for four months now and have asked them to send through Voluntary Termination Documents which have arrived today. Do I have to prove that I've taken professional advice...
when I go to court? Or will they just ask and then that'll be it? I'm going BR regardless of what advice they give me, as I know it's in my best interests and it's my only option. I just feel that taking advice and having to explain my entire situation in detail would be a waste of my time and theirs. Just wondering.…
