Re-possession notice - Scotland

Hi I posted a wee while back - heading down the BR and have sent my forms off to the Accountant in Bankruptcy as I received a charge for the Council due to council tax arrears.

I have now received an eviction notice from my morg company advising me that I have to be out the property as they are going to evict me in 7 days!
I have received nothing formally from the mort company - ie no charging order from the court for this? I am presuming I would have had something formal. I last spoke with the company late June and at that time they informed me that it was in the solictors hands and that i would hear from them.

I do have rented to go to; in the midst of moving but i would have thought I would have something more legal?
Anyone around who can advise??

i am at work at the moment it was my OH who let me know - he is also left a message with the sherrif officers and is waiting for a call back.

No wage arrestment - yet! Hoping ( and praying ) that this wont happen, but to be honest the type of luck I have had over the last 2 years - would'nt be surprised if they managed to get in with that first. Really dont know what happens now..... a bit flabber gasted at how quick the repo was notified!!
