Never ending...

Questions from me :o I spoke to CCCS again last night over the telephone, and the questions I knew I had to ask, completely went

Basically all it is, at present, my DH hasn't been paying the Loans to the companies the money is due to, instead he has been doing a DMP.
What I was wondering, because DH is paying the minimum amount on the DMP a mth (150.00) when he shows his statement to the OR, will he/she take into consideration what DH should be paying out (to the companies he owes the money to) obviously then there would be more out-goings if he were paying the companies straight....

Does this make sense?

The OR will base any IPA on your income/expenditure form, not what your husband was paying through his DMP. Have you completed an SOA yet? If not, this may help you:

    Have completed one somewhere :D
But they keep appearing often on here from me :rotfl:

Obviously my DH isn't paying the creditors, so am I still to add them to the expenditure form?

    Thank you.

You fill the form in as it will be after he has gone BR, so no creditors and no DMP.

Here is one of the SOA I did, however on my DH income, I have added any night rate he gets, but he doesn't always get nights every single month, should I change this just to his basic rate?
