Hi Just a question, House worth £65,000 oustanding mortgage is £56,250. Its joint names with my dad. Although he doesnt live in it, or pay the monthly payments. If I was sequestrated, what would his beneficial interest be, and would it make a differance that he paid the £6500 deposit ?

CCCS, CAB, or both?
Earlier this week when reality hit me, I contacted CAB and CCCS. I now have an appointment with them both - on the same day! Not the same time though. Shall I cancel one, or is it worth talking to both? CAB is obviously face to face, CCCS is by phone.
