CCCS, CAB, or both?

Earlier this week when reality hit me, I contacted CAB and CCCS. I now have an appointment with them both - on the same day! Not the same time though. Shall I cancel one, or is it worth talking to both? CAB is obviously face to face, CCCS is by phone.

If your situation is pretty straightforward then you will get ( should get ) the same outcome.
We found it easier with a face to face but that doesn`t suit everyone.
You may also find that the CAB interview is with a first contact advisor who may only be able to take details whereas CCCS have debt advisors at first point.
It can`t do any harm to do both and may make any decisions you have to make a little easier having a second opinion.

Well done. We got a good sense of reality and the first hints of light at the end of the tunnel after talking to CCCS. We put it off for a while as we knew it would be tough going but trust me the wait is worse than the reality, it is a big relief to know what the situation really is afterwards.0
