Hi Had some letters 'For information only' this week stating that my OR was applying to be released as my Trustee, and they were filing a notice stating 'that the investigation of the conduct and affairs of the bankrupt is concluded. Why cant i cancel a standing order
Ive tried to cancel a standing order online, This standing is with the Coop and the bank is Lloydstsb, It wont give me the option of cancelling. Does it come back and bite you?
Once you've been disharged, and 6 years has passed, and your credit file looks all clean and shiney again, do you have to admit to having been a bankrupt if you apply for anything? Or is the slate clean? I can't imagine I'm ever going to want credit again as long as I live, but who knows, maybe one day we might want to buy…
