It has a red * next to it which means I can’t leave it blank but I haven’t got any agreements for three of them as I have had them ages and I don’t really want to contact them to find out as I have been ignoring them past six weeks anyone else have this problem and is there a way round it?

Hi Bart,
I didn't do them on line but had the same questions on the O.R's forms. An estimate, also known as a wild guess, is more than enough. The O.R will contact the companies anyway and they'll have the exact details. All you really need is the name and the account number, you don't even need an address.

I did my forms online. Also i had no idea what to put here,so I put the date I started my DMP,and explained that in the 'anything else' section at the back.As Richard said, they get all the details from the companies concerned anyway.0

I found that part hard but then in the OR interview, the OR asked my OH when he took the debts out and him being him (I deal with all that stuff), he had no idea.
So, be warned that you might be asked for that information more than once during the BR process. If you don't know, you don't know, half of ours I took a guess at.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0 -
The problem with the online forms is you don't have the option to put 'not sure'/'don't know'/'within the last 3 years' etc. You have to put a date in.The OR did'nt question what I had put at the interview, but did ask when debts were taken out.For my CC debts,it was over several years so I really had no idea.I think the forms are just used as a starting point by the OR.0
