Hello and welcome,
Firstly, I should ask if you've sought professional advice from the likes of CAB, CCCs or Payplan? Is there anything that can be done to reduce your IVA? These are the questions a Judge will most probably ask so you have to be seen to have sought the right advice.
The insolvency website gives lots of info about the BR process, but if you have done all your homework and still feel BR is the only option then you need to fill in the relevant forms, (either on-line or they can be sent to you by post) find your nearest county court and book an appointment (sometimes there can be a waiting list), have your BR fees of £335 and your court fee of £150 unless you are exempt from the latter. At some point after the BR hearing you will be asked to have interview with an official receiver who will investigate your financial affairs.
I'm not sure if this is the info your looking for, and if you are still unsure if BR is for you then please give us more info about your circumstances and we'll do our best to help.
