Hi, Sent in a SAR and RoR to Euro Car Parks to obtain evidence of a parking infringement from 18/11/24 and to ensure correct contact details. I got a POFA compliant letter (identical to one on the forum) and then a completely non compliant reminder letter 16 days later which fails to mention POFA in any way shape or form on it. Does that essentially undo any POFA compliance they had with the original?
