New Vodafone Broadband & homephone package

Has anyone seen or tried the new Vodafone at home package. For existing Vodafone pay monthly customers - £25 per month, includes BT line rental, Broadband + free anytime home phone calls to 01 or 02 numbers, Mobile & international & 045, 0870 numbers pretty good prices too.
They say in small print that broadband is outsourced ? who to ? Who it is might affect service. This is obviously their response to Talk Talk.
On face of it looks good value especially as Talk Talk suffered from overdemand.
It is cheaper than Virgin.net and many others as with them you still pay BT line rental.
If you cancel your mobile contract price goes up to £35 p month.
Any info or thoughts appreciated

I ordered vodafone at home Friday night my transfer date is 9th February they will send you a copy of the contract through the post and your username and password via sms. When you log on they ask you to change your password, in the user panel there is a link for norton internet security and registration key. they also give you the username and password if you use your own wireless router0

Did you find out if BT is internet provider ? If so I think service might be better than my other options Virgin.net , Tiscali. I have totally excluded Talk Talk as some of the tales of woe from users are awful.
I am on Ntl Freedom with a 'Free Evening Weekend Calls' package but since merger with Virgin & Telewest Ntl are trying to persuade all users to move to Virgin with the incentive of faster speed. Ntl offers max of 1 MB. According to users reviews on Uswitch seems Virgin speeds are v slow & lucky to reach 1 MB !
Can you let me know how it is performing once you have had a few days use ? 12th feb

the only thing i have found is this "3.4.3 you must have a working BT analogue telephone line which is compatible with broadband provision." this is from vodafones terms and conditions0

This sounds great if its reliable. I am on Virgin at the moment and the Speed is terrible and my connection always drops

I rang the support for Vodafone at home today & I must say they seemed very helpful (Irish) and assured me that if there was a problem with my BT line ( as happens every winter - live in country) you report to Vodafone but actually BT fixes it. She was a little vague as the service is so new. Promised to be up & running 10 days after I place order.0

my mrs works for broadband, and i can defo confirm it is bt. its just a rework of the bt at home package, but better value for money. im just about to get it, have already signed up, but it will take a few days longer as i dont have a bt landline at the mo. its not the cheapest bb access available, but having it via bt should give a few advantages.
will post on how it goes.Mortgage £242500 on completion
FD CC 11/2014 £5900 (£3900 after BT)
FD loan Approx £5700
Deeply depressing total - £2541000 -
