Anyone had issues with Just3g and their cashback ?? I've had other cashback deals with the likes of simply3g, e2save, dial-a-phone, etc., but Just3g are the first to give me problems. Any shared experience would be welcomed......

I can only speak from experience as an affiliate of theirs. I have yet to list any of their deals on my site because they have never responded to any of my emails (and I've sent many).

Actually, that's not quite true...they eventually did respond after about half a dozen emails only to ask for my phone number so we could talk...then they never phoned me.

Now, call me a cynic, but if they cannot be bothered to talk to someone who is prepared to give their products an additional sales platform online what chance does a customer have of getting a response out of them if they have any problems either with the phone or the cashback?

In the end I decided to take an ethical stance with this retailer and keep them off the site until such a time as they open up a more responsive channel of communication.

That's not to say that they aren't likely to honour their promises - it's just that, for those customers that do encounter problems (and every retailer has at least a few such customers), I fear they could encounter a proverbial brick wall.
