Problems with New RBS/Natwest/Ulsterbank Visa Debit Cards

Just thought i'd compile a list of places people are having problems with their new Visa Debit cards
So far mine doesn't work on Barclaycard website, says the card number is not recognised.
Card is not full auth kind.

RBS full Visa Debit doesn't work on the Capital One site or Baclaycard site (or even via their automated phone service).0

My Natwest Visa debit was refused on paypal, ticketmaster and play.com!!0

Yea I couldnt pay with my rbs visa debit on barclays.
Mine is active I have used it in shops.0 -
Well the o2 money card which is visa and is provided by natwest
when i first tried to use it , it got declined then when i used it again later in the day it was accepted and ive never been declined ever since...(when ive got money in the account that is!)0 -
Just rang rbs and they claim its not their problem they are being put through as credit not debit.0

yer because it's a new pan numbers and not all retailers system know it yet they try processing as credit rather then debit so it an instance decline0
