Why is MSE so slow to load?

Anyone else having this problem? It is loading so s.....l.....o.....w.....l......y! No problem at all with other sites on the net.

It's certainly NOT OK now! Currently there are 2245 users and the new platform clearly can't cope.
It has never been as good since the move to the new servers.

Its just taken 30 seconds to log me in.
Last night the site would not load at all, is it a coincidence that the news letter had been sent out just before this happened?

Taking forever to get on, but at least I can, as last night it wouldn't let me on at all.If I had known then what I know now . . .

wouldn't load 4 me last night either, although i could get on to home page, but not forums. tried any which way but no joy. sooo sloowww today as well, think i'm gonna give up 4 a while & come back later.

Seems ok now as I got in straight away without any problems unlike last night it was not letting me in0
