    Similar to michilin27 I have received a message that my usage had reached the 3072 limit but MY3 shows I still have over 2GB left.....I think I actually have used near to the 3Gb allowance but their support staff told me to go by the my3 figure & ignore the alerts so looks like I'm getting ove 5Gb for my £15 this month.

    Speeds still very erratic but probably averaging around 300k with my modem moved back indoors now it's a bit cold to be hanging it out the window.

    i have recieved my second bill now and no extra charges, will be interesting to see if the same thing happens this month! :rolleyes:

    i dont understands the speeds etc! am a bit stoopid wen comes to stuff like that!:confused::confused: all i know is i can access MSE and thats plenty for me! lol!

    have you recieved a second bill yet?

    anyone using it yet,im with 3 with my mobile & contract is due renewal,so thought bout getting the 3 broadband when i renew my contract!

    I use 3 broadband and it is fine, just make sure you are in a strong "Turbo" area; I hit 1MB majority of the times.

    I'm interested in this deal but it seems that people are unsure how much they've used every month and if you go over the allowance it probably gets expensive.

    So if you started on the £10 a month deal to try it and after a month or two were happy and wanted to go to the £15 or even £25 a month deal does the contract start again at the beginning for a further 24 months or not ?

    I'd like to ditch my BT line altogether.

    I've also heard that there is now a fee by BT to cease your line from BB before you give up the line.

    I just go by the My3 usage figures because at the end of the day 3 are going to look at them figures to bill you.

    I think a lot depends on how many people are using the service at the same time.I believe that if say 24 people are connected to one cell ( not sure if that's the right word) at once the bandwidth is divided up between the 24 users.
    Some seems to say yes everything works fine and others say the speeds are terrible.
    There's a thread on another board in Ireland and it's been going for months and most of the customers posting on there seem to be having problems.

    I'd like to hear more info from UK subscribers to the 3 and T Mobile broadband services.

    guess wat happened today?? another alert telling that since my last bill i have used over 3372 mb which is over my allowance of 3072 my allowance but when i check on my 3 i still have allownance left??

    i dont want to put anyone off- so far i havent been charged anything extra so far and their customer service (apart from this issue) has been second to none


    will watch this space!!!
