Yeah I know that fax # you're using is the one provided on Oasis' website I already tried to send a fax to them...I'll try again! but the one I sent to is on a form for The provisional liquidators at KPMG... It's just an alternative route (not even an alternative I think every way to contact them is appropriate)... maybe I'm wrong but I'm gonna fone KPMG in the morning to check they got it.0

Hello there, I am another victim. :-( Bought my ticket for Sept'08 only three days before they gone to liquidation. I booked my flight using my MBNA credit card. I am waiting for them to send me a claim form. Does anyone here paid their flight with MBNA credit card? Any news?0

BA have an offer for flights to Hong Kong for return at £385 pp, inc tax.
You don't have to be someone who booked with Oasis, just book at BA.com
I have been on and there is good availability.
"A special fare from London Heathrow to Hong Kong of £194 one-way is available for sale from Thursday 10 April until Tuesday 29 April for travel up to 22 June 2008.
Customers can book with British Airways directly on ba.com or by calling 0844 493 0 787. Alternatively, they can book through a travel agent."
Conditions- The fare of £194 one-way is inclusive of all taxes, fees and charges and is for travel in World Traveller (economy).
- Ticket restrictions apply and the fare is subject to availability.
- It is available for sale from 10 April 2008 until 29 April 2008 for travel until 22 June 2008.
- British Airways operates three flights per day to and from Hong Kong..
- Proof of purchase of an Oasis Hong Kong Airlines ticket is not required.

Don't listen to his nonsense. The contract was made between the Credit Card company and the Airline.
If the Airline cannot supply the goods, the Credit Card company cannot charge you for goods not supplied. It's as simple as that.
Why on earth would you need to "get your money back" if you have not paid over any monies?
Halifax should put the amount 'in dispute', which means that amount is not payable by you, until the dispute has been concluded.
Don't accept anything less.0 -
It Seems From The Cca 1974 That One Is In Contract With The Credit Card Company To Provide The Service To Take You To Your Destination. Oasis Is Also A Party To That Contract. Because It Is A Credit, Makes The Difference.so You Have The Right To Pursue Both The Credit Card Company And Oasis At The Same Time.the Credit Card Company Cant Fulfill The Contract So They Have To Pay Us First And They Have To File A Claim With The Merchant Bank Ie Oasis Bankers Who Deos Their Processing.
Get A Lawyer Who Will Charge 20 - 30 Percent Which You Can Claim Back From The Credit Card Or Call Consumer Credit Card Counselling Services.
For Lloyds Tsb Credit Card Holders, Write A Letter With Your Statement To Dispute, 1-9 Gloucester Place, Sussex House, Brighton Bn7 4be.

sent their claim form on saturday by email as their fax number was not working.
got confirmation today 15/4/08 that they had received my claim forms x 2.
must say they are efficient but all we want is our money back!!
600 staff and 30,000 customers out of pocket just for those silly board of directors childish fights. just amateurs like terminal 5 fiasco.
nothing wrong with their business model unlike northern rock. paying £20m (( i guess ) for their 5th jumbo just drained the cash out of their accounts to meet daily expenses.0 -
