I have again sent you my details today.
But for the record, I received an email responding to my request for cash back on 21 October from the customer services team. This said I would be paid by BACS within 7 days. I then received another mail on 23 October from A. Sinclair which said the BACS payment had been made and would reach my account within 3-5 days.
However, I have received nothing and followed this up with emails to your forum and customer services addresses on 30 October. Despite receiving auto-responses saying I could expect a real response within 48 hours (so I know they arrived in your inboxes!) I have heard nothing hence why I am again returning to these posts and this forum. Like I said before, I want this to end in a happy feel-good story so I'd appreciate you sorting this out ASAP.0 -

Just a quick (and desperately urgent!!) request... Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy of the Mobile Outlet form that I need to complete and send with my bills, despatch note etc. please? I have all the docs (well, hopefully anyway) but I can't find a copy of the form. I wrote to them at the start of October and they were "very busy at the current time" and am still waiting for a reply... And I need to send off the form within the next day or two....
ANY HELP VERY GRATEFULLY RECEIVED!!!

I didn't receive any forms, so I simply sent a covering letter along with the bills, by recorded delivery.
Could I suggest that you email the TMO using the email address in this forum, to confirm that it is OK for you to do that? Better safe than sorry!

Hi all ... here is an extract from an e-mail reply to me from TMO about the voucher issue:
"As for the cash back voucher, it is not required as part of your final claim. We have noted your account so there will be no misunderstanding when you submit your claim. The reason for not requiring the voucher is due to the inconsistency of our dispatch partners in sending out the required documentation with all orders. We are aware some customers have not received vouchers; therefore we have taken the decision not to reject claims if any vouchers are not included.

Sent off our first claim, we never got any paperwork at all with teh phone only the sim card in an envelope saying Simcard enclosed.

Dear all and TMO
It's almost 8 days since I was promised 'CashBack within 5 days'. No sign of it yet. TMO will have to understand that customers will rightly get annoyed when TMO sticks rigidly to the '21 days CashBack claim rule' of the T and C but then appears to hold a very flexible attitude towards honouring committments it has made to customers. If 21 days means 21 days, then 5 days should mean 5 days.
Please could the forumenquiries team follow this up?

We were also told nearly 8 days ago that we would receive our cashback within 3-5 working days. Today is the 5th working day and there is no caskback.

I am thinking of getting a deal from Moboutlet for my sister - for some odd reason e2save/osps won't let her take a deal out.
Would you recommend a cashback deal with them? From what i have read it feels like i should avoid this firm:(. Shame, as they do some really good deals..0 -
